Those Lee universal dies, just like the universal decapping die, are made for use in their hand press. That one does not flare the case.

But I will call Lee tomorrow.
They close so damned early that I always miss them :/

OK...Called Lee. They said that this place has adapters.

And that the swivel you recommended will do what I need with correct powder measure.

Keep in mind also that if Lee has a pistol charging die for the same diameter as your rifle case you can use the expander from it in the rifle charging die and expand the case mouth. I do this for my 30-06, 300 AAC Blackout and 8x57 using the expander inserts from the appropriate pistol sets. The expander inserts are just a few dollars from Lee.
