A scope question

I have a number of Bushnell scopes ( why, they were what I could afford at the time).
I would like to put a target elevation knob on several of them.
Bushnell doesn't make them and got a little snarly at me for even asking.
Stony point at one time made them but I guess went out of business as I do not see any on their web page.
Does anyone know of a manufacturer anywhere that makes them for sale?
