My answer is certainly not definitive but I spent well over a year searching for a .454 Casull Lever Gun. I do not recall the brand name but I did run across an ad online from a custom gun maker in the US that was offering a custom .454 Casull Lever Gun which I believe featured a 24" octagon barrel. I recall the cost being in the $2500 range. I wish I could recall more details but I did find it searching online.

As far as others, the only one offering a .454 Casull Lever Gun, that I am aware of, is Rossi. I do not believe that they ever offered it with a 24" Octagon Barrel. I finally did end up with one about six months ago, SS with a 20" round barrel, when a few started to show up on gunbroker.com

Most of the .454 guns are 20" tubes. If you look at the Rossi website they show 24" in most all the other calibers. But the 454s are 20s.

I have a 20", Rossi, Round Barrel in 454. I've seen a 24" version so I know they at least made one....
