Lee seems to be willing to produce moulds if enough people buy them.
Do you think we could get them to produce some 7.62x54R Collet neck sizing dies?
How many of you would go for that?

They will make one set for you in just about any caliber you can name. If I remember correctly, the price is $50. Why don't you contact them and see if they will make a price on 12 or 25 or however many you think you might get orders for?

I use my 308 Win. collet die to neck size the Russian. Just use a washer shim(s) to a thickness of .075" between the shell holder and the die and that will give close to 100% You may have to ream the hole in the washer to slip over the case. I sometimes use a greater thickness to size only a portion of the neck. Give it a try. I use the same die and technique to size 30-06, 7.5 Swiss and 7.5 French with various thicknesses of washers.
