Sent my 30-30 to JES to get it rebored to 356Win. Sent it about two weeks ago and it came in today:guntootsmiley:. Tomorrow is sight-in days at the range and I will be there helping, soooo, guess what I am going to take out there and try!!!

I've been very happy with Jesse's work. I had him open up a 30-30 barrel to 35 caliber for my 35/30-30. It is probably one of my best decisions when building a rifle up. I had mine done with his 3 groove rifling.

Jesse Ocompaugh at JES reboring. He does a very good job at a very fair price. Don't know why, but had him do 4 groove on this rebore.

Jesse did a .375 Winchester rebore job for me on a Marlin 336W that I picked up for a good price. He did an outstanding job and super fast turnaround, too. I very highly recommend his work based on how well he did on my rifle.

Al Siegrist of Whittemore, MI does that kind of work also. Last time I talked to him he was doing barrels for BPC 600 yd and 1000 yd shooting. I'm not sure of his work load, but I hear he is very good, ask dk17hmr. He has done a few minor things for me when I was in the area but haven't had any real barrel work for him YET.
