500 S&w

Ok, got a friend who wants to cast some bullets for his 500 s&w.

I suggested he try some of my 50 cal muzzle loader bullets, and I'll cast some with a hard alloy instead of pure lead.

they are sized .505 when dropped out of the mould with pure lead, will they be smaller or bigger with a harder alloy?

and has anyone tried using these bullets in a 500 s&w?

oh, yea, I do a bunch of odd things an try lots of odd combos, so you guys will just have to get used to my hairbrained ideas.... :D

I use the Lee MZ boolite, but I size them .501. I'm not sure you will want to fire them at .505dia.
