94 ae ejector pin

I was merrily working up loads in my win 94 ae 444 and the ejector fell out the bottom. Upon pulling the bolt the spring from ejector was there but no stop pin. Can I make one of these from a drill bit or are they something special beyond my repair and is length of these a issue? Any body know for sure about this?

You can probably find a roll pin that will fit but as long as sized properly I don't think there is anything special about it. Usually the ejectors break the shaft, I've broken a couple on my .357. They are a cheap cast part!
