Two back jars are the same as the front. Disregard the back ground the Beams is my in laws and the peanut butter is for the dog for snack time.

I have found making pickles and canning things is just as addictive as casting boolits. I think it's that whole "do it yourself" appeal. Got a recipe for what you put up?

It was pretty simple
4 cups pickling vinegar
2 cups water
8 tablespoons McCormick pickling spices
8 tablespoons Kosher salt
heat to boil I added some small peppers you can see in the jars
I figure a week or more in fridge in the bottles I did wait an hour for the jars to cool a little before I put them in.

Was told it isn't a bad idea to take a toothpick and poke a couple of holes in the eggs to help the liquid work better on the eggs.

Tom are those sweet or hot peppers?

I want to make some for myself, but my wife says I'll sleep outside if I do & actually eat them:)

Sweet peppers, didn't have the guts to add heat in a first attempt.

I put a small slice down in the center of mine into the yolk so the brine works through the yolk.

They're best if you can leave them for a month or so before you get into them but it's so hard not to.
