Most times firearms go for near new price at the local Auctions. But today the wife and I went to the local monthly consignment auction. While I was watched the outside auction, the wife went inside to see what was to be auctioned there. She came back and said there was a few guns but not much of interest to her.
Naturally I immediately went inside to see what was there. there was a Mod. 7 in 30 Rem in excellent shape - 2 / 10-22's - Browning BPS also excellent cond - JC Higgins 22 auto - 3 Ruger 44mag rifles in good cond. - 2 Colt 32auto automatic's - 1 Savage 32 auto pistol - Colt 45 with a very rounded grip - 3 antique 22 revolvers make unknown.
I could have cried when I heard what the 32 autos went for. Not 1 went for over 225$ and one was under 175$. Figuring they would have went high I never even looked them over other to know they were in very good cond.
The wife was actually telling me go ahead and bid. Which made it even worse.
