Pretty cool. Sorry I can't send you my Tinker Toys. I use them as an internal framework for the taped-up drycleaner bags that form the "damp box" I use for slow-rust bluing. Hang the parts off the frame, put a wet sponge on the bottom, seal it up and let 'er rust.

You might check the Salvation Army or yard sales for a set.

A lot of kid's toys are wasted on kids.

Good design and proof of concept. Tinker toys are a bit light weight, IMHO. 1x2s and skate board wheels might be more substantial.
