shot regular charge 102 round nose on target with db9. Then shot same with + powder and shot was headed left and lower. Range man mentioned boolit drift with plus power. The 4.6 powder is lil' much for db9 in my opinion. Next ones will be 4.1/4.2 universal. I did 3.9 with win231. You guys explain speed drift with to much powder? I notice this in mouse guns/micro guns. (semi-pistols).

Well, pistols shoot where they're pointed as the bullet leaves the barrel, not where they're pointed when you pull the trigger. It seems worse in mouse guns because you can't get a very good grip and the change in velocity means hot loads exit the gun sooner, while it's pointing down more. Left or right is probably more on which hand you use, again bullet leaves gun while muzzle is pointed somewhere other than POA.

Just my two cents, I could be wrong.

As most will agree I am not very smart so I wonder what a db9 is.
Even though you have "bullet drift" (????????????) can you group with the gun offhand or should I call it freehand?
If you can't how do you know what is going on?

DB9 is a TINY, TINY 9mm pocket pistol.

I suspect perfesser is correct. This class of gun with very short sight radius and
typically marginal trigger pull is not at all easy to shoot precisely. Most applications
of this class are at 7 yds and less they must produce a dinner plate group approximately
where pointed. All else is gravy.

I would hope I could hold a dinner plate group at 7 yards without sights.
Just looking over the slide I would hope so.

Since the gun is small how many Newtons does it weigh?

11 ounces = 3.06 Newtons

+1 on the perfessor! Exactly what I was thinking. On mouseguns grip and trigger pull is almost impossible to replicate shot to shot because of the size. Makes for some weird grou;s.
