I got some big pieces of beeswax that has crud mixed in it, How do I remelt it and clean it up, Thanks- Joe

Put it in some old pantyhose with a weight (ingot), place in a pot of water, slowly heat up.
Wax will melt and float to the surface. Let it cool and harden. Crud will stay in pantyhose under water.

Depending on how much you have, I melt mine down in a double boiler and double filter through commercial grease filters.

I use a double boiler and poure it threw 2 layers of paintyhose do not put wax in boiling water it does bad things to it I can not tell you exactly what but I have been told that so I use a double boiler D Crockett
