...............Done by a member of the British and Militaria Forums. Pictures of the tools and a few steps. Done on a CNC mill. Brillant work to be sure.

Very interesting I have a CNC mill and I was thinking the same thing. If I get around to it I will post picks. Those are the nicest moulds I've seen

Ah, the photos show something that is a well-kept secret - - -

That a machinist's work is quite often no less art than the Mona Lisa itself!

Now, if somebody could just get us a group buy on CNC-equipped milling machines, we could all be making our own moulds!

Meanwhile, back to my non-CNC milling machine and lathe, darn it.
