I got everything set up and brought out her Savage 64. "Can I shoot the new one you bought?"

That's great, Jim. Good times had by all.

When my wife and son started hunting with me I was extatic. Now when she says "Youre buying MORE.... (ammo, molds,powder.... etc.) I just remind her that to feed three hunters ammo, I gotta spend some money. Havent heard another comment for a while now. And YES, she saw the bill for the NOE group buys.

my wife shot with me a little before we got married , then went 12 years of no shooting

then i made up some extra light loads for her just enough to cycle the slide and tried her on a s&w 40 , she liked it and asked to go out again, she has been out a few times this year , now as long as the house isn't to much a mess she is game to go shooting as a family every other month or so.
