I couldn't eat like this but, for those of you that like hot or spicy stuff, this would be great. I just thought you'd like to see how people that know beef serve it up!

Watched the vid. Sounds really good. But it's only really good if your hair sweats.

They have some fine burgers there, get there early to avoid the line out the door. Another place for good burgers in AMA is Cowboy Gillato, after your burger try the Strawberry Habenaro ice cream.

The video is good! Have watched the EATER on the food channel a few times, and he is NUTS! That said, that outfit puts out some great looking comfort food!

I kinda like the cattle call, but have never been to or even know where the coyote bluff is.

Frankly, I don't care for fresh jalapeno's - they need to be roasted to bring out their true flavor. Chili's (and some others) uses fresh for their breaded & fried jalapeno slices, and they are just marginal, at best. I would suggest to Mr. Barr that he use roasted jalapeno slices - $4/gallon @ Costco. A gallon lasts me several months - well, 2 or 3 anyway.

Ditto to Echo's suggestion on the Costco jalapeno slices. Best of breed.
