I was at the scrap yard selling some wire and such and there next to the scale sits a 5 gal bucket of WW. COWW but a larger ratio of SOWW than I have seen before. I rummaged through the top layer while waiting my turn.

Me: "I suppose your aren't allowed to sell these are you?"

Yard guy: "Nope"

Me: "Stupid EPA. These are just begging to be bullets"

Yard guy: "Yup"

The EPA doesn't have any rules against selling lead to private citizens. Those rules belong to the scrap yard.

Metaphor for all the stupid people that are a-skeered of lead. Like the lady "expert" that said 15% of wheel weights fall off of cars every year and turn to dust.
