Good folks to deal with. I haven't placed an order lately because I get about same prices from Grafs with my C&R. They're good folks too.

I live on an island in Alaska and get very good service from Powder Valley. I don't even check anywhere else anymore. Dennis

A few of us order once or twice a year (big orders) from PV. Usually always the best prices and they have stuff IN STOCK!! They are very good at combining primers and poweder into the hazmat fees.

If I read the OP right, he is asking for a link or URL to powder valley...

He can't find them...

Other than a HazMat fee, Graf's doesn't charge for 'standard' shipping on non-FFL sales to the lower 48 states. They have a standard $5.95 'handling charge' for internet orders, excluding large quantities (case lots) of ammunition. My last order, which included 20# of powder and 15K of primers at their "Anniversary Sale" prices, showed up on my doorstep within 36 hours via FedEx.

Grafs will combine smokeless, black, and primers in the same box under one (1) hazmat fee + the 5.95 handling charge.

I looked at Powder Valley web page, saw nowhere to order black powder.
