I am considering adding Redding Bushing dies to my tooling.I only load for 5 cartridges but all are rimmed. Most have loose neck chambers. The 303 and 32 Special are the worst and my 32-20 and 22 Hornet have delicate necks to begin with.

Do the neck size bushing dies still have a die body that supports the case? Redding pictures seem to indicate that but it is not certain.

What are folks opinions on the dies they bought? I am considering using them with Lyman M dies sized for cast.

As for case support , I don't know but I think it only adjusts the neck . I use one for the 303 British in my number four mkII and it works well but it doesn't go all the way to the neck/shoulder junction . Not that it's a problem using it this way , I actually like it . Now when I get in from the range the brass goes into the polisher untill the goop is off the neck . When clean , the cases get a dip in Imperial dry neck lube and run into the die , just as simple and easy as that .

Now if I could just get the accuracy I want out of this old rifle [smilie=b:;)

It supports the body, the bushing works the neck. No body sizing of course.
