I just started casting for my .35 rem 336 and I'm
getting some good results with 37.5gr IMR3031. I am also trying some LeverEvolution tomorrow. The data I am using is jacket data but with a RCBS 35-200 boolit. Although mine are dropping at 215gr. What over-pressure signs do I need to look for out of this cartridge/rifle. Best I can tell everything is ok right now and I want to keep it that way.

I have noticed a slight bulging in the brass with the full power load of IMR 3031. I still feel like its ok since there hasn't been an issue of stciky extraction or even FLAT primers. They are still nice and round. I discussed this bulge with another member at length.

We don't see it being a danger. I'm experimenting with another powder to see what happens with it also. I honestly think I have a slightly oversized chamber.
