Savage cutomer service

Anyone have any expierience with Savage customer service? I have a 220 sluggun that needs to go back because of problems. It has a problem with missfires about every 12th round and can not keep a group to save it's life.

I sent a Savage ML in that I damaged, no fault of Savage's. Called them told them what I did and that I'm a idiot and the fixed free. Great service.
