I was invited to a local driving range and encouraged to hit a bucket of balls.
Having never done this before, it appears I'm a natural (That's what I was told anyways....). Was able to get them flying out to the 100 and then 200 yard mark with some ease. Everytime I cut some air (Missed the ball), I stood on my toes with my hand above my brow, as if I was searching the horizon. A devilish smile appeared on my face as the golf ball retrieval guy came by on his cart and I was told not to hit him. Anyhoooooo, I'm not sure what weight driver I was given to use, but it had a good heft. Don't know if I'll take up golf anytime soon, but I do think I'll pick up a used driver and work on my swing a bit.

I'd rather watch conctete set, then do anything golf related.

But, for those members who enjoy the game, keep hitting them straight and far.

You need to use a nine iron and lob them up into the air instead of driving them 200 yards.

They're easier to hit with birdshot that way.

Sorry. No noise, no recoil and more expensive than sporting clays. I'll stick with my shotgun!

Hit the golf ball out there, then shoot it.
The better your golf game the better you aim must be.

Would rather get drunk and fall off the golf cart than actually walk around hitting a ball!!

It has been said "18 holes of golf is a great way to RUIN an otherwise perfectly good walk".

GOLF, is that some sort of game???żżż It darn sure is a four letter word!

Dad tried to make me into a golfer. He was the worlds worst teacher. He expected me to learn what it took him a lifetime to learn in a few minutes. It came to a head one day on the course, after hitting that darn ball PAST that hole about six times, I fired the putter from that green to the next tee-off. It was about 100 yds! After picking it up, it was the last time I've ever touched a golf club!

If I could play a game of golf with my dad today, I'd be getting dressed right now. Since he's been gone for almost twenty years, it would be worth it!:bigsmyl2:

So what alloy are you casting your golf balls with?
What molds?

A golf course is a complete waste of a gun range,
and time spent golfing could better be spent casting, reloading and shooting.
