I bought several boxes of reloading stuff, powder brass bullets etc, from a friend. He said there were several molds including a Lyman 4 cavity. I got it home and pulled out the molds to see what they were and condition. I got to the 4 cavity and it didn't say Lyman insted there was a faint GEO A HENSLEY SAN DIEGO CA. Of course I have heard of Hensley and Gibbs but here I had Hensley by himself so I started digging on the internet. WOW I learned that this mold was made by George Hensley himself between 1933 and 1941, it has all the correct features of an early production mold and is in excellent condition looks hardly used. Oh it is a #50 358 146 for those who care. I am now the proud owner of a true piece of history.
I also got :
Ideal 1 cavity 357 446.
Ideal 1 cavity 454 424.
Lyman 2 cavity 358 429 AX K2.
Lyman 1 cavity HP 358 429 BW Z5.
