Sounds like a hard monotype or babbitt alloy to me.

I'd mix it 4:1!
Four parts soft lead to one part of your above alloy, and call it good.
That would give you 1% tin, 6% antimony and 93% lead.

Sounds like Rotometals superhard with some tin.

You should get a copy of my alloy calculator (see below) and plug in your numbers into the custom alloy line. Then you can adjust your mix depending on what you want to cast.

If you added another 7% tin to that, then mixed it with pure lead at a 1 to 3 ratio, you'd be pretty close to linotype.

i'd use the alloy calculator.

if i had it i'd mix it 1 part to 9 parts soft lead making a 0.5/3/96.5 alloy.
or 1 to 4.5 and add 3% more tin making a 4/6/90 aloy
depending on my intended purpose.

Super hard and brittle. As stated above 1part of that to 4 lbs of pure.

I would go more with the mix Run listed. 3% Sb is plenty hard for most handgun and rifle uses. If I needed a little harder I might go 1 to 8 with soft lead.

Something that hard is gonna cost some money and I would want to make it last.

6:1 gives approximately 95/4/1. I would go 8:1, (96/3/.5) or 9:1 definitely for pistol, add some shot(As) for rifle.
