boolit base prep?

What do you fellas (and hopfully Ben tells what he does) do to the bullet bases prior to seating gc. I like to cast hot and these frosty boolits sometimes are a little rough on base. If this a stupid question, well so I am but it does bug me at times.

that's my baby form an original Eagan drawing i sent him.I can't live without it.
But i have shot a lot of GC bullets with rater large sprue bumps under them into 1 MOA not to worry to much about it unless its a really big match.
