I went out today shooting my BC and with a 405 and 500gr lead with 70grns of RS powder I am high at 25yds the pic is of the target. I was using the 6 o-clock hold and the rear sight was at the lowest setting. I also installed a .404 front sight. And at a 100yds it was shooting 10 to 11 inchs high. Here is the pic of the rear sight. Please help

Is that the normal rear sight supplied with that rifle?
I have no way to figure dimensions from that photo, but it looks like you need a front sight that is at least an inch tall ... probably more.

That's not the original rear sight; the original is a Williams WGRS, similar to this (http://www.midwayusa.com/product/696612/williams-wgrs-m-l-guide-receiver-peep-sight-octagon-barrels-flat-base-aluminum-black).

Did you have the ladder up? if not a taller front sight, if you shot with it up put it down and see how it does.

I tried both ways up or down still shooting high. With the ladder up at 25yds hitting 6 to 7 ins high. The same with ladder down. I am shooting 405 gr or 500grn with 70 grs of RS powder. Is the bullet climbing at 25yds. and what is the drop at 100yds.
