Greetings,
I have several ingots I got at the scrap yard. I believe them to be lead alloy, but as I do not have any equipment yet (read my introduction) I cannot melt, let-a-lone cast, any bullets with it. There is a fair supply of these ingots still at the scrap yard for about $0.65-70/lb. Would anyone be interested in casting some bullets from as much as I can get into a small flat rate box and letting me know if it is good or laced with zinc or otherwise unusable? You can keep the lead as trade for the test. I anticipate sending 5-10lbs. If this seems silly just let me know. If it is a lot more trouble than it is worth let me know. Otherwise PM me an address and I will try to get the package out ASAP.
