Very early this spring I had a thread showing the damage a "Gunsmith" did to a Sav. 340 when he drilled it for a scope mount.
I recently took the same rifle to another GS in the Twin cities. The new GS had some not so nice words to say about the first GS's work. The second bill to fix the first GS work cost 60$. But the quality looks so much better than before. I gladly payed the money.
I just wanted to give a plug for my new go to guy for smithing. The Wolfs Den in Hugo Minn.
So hopefully my Granddaughter can use it this deer season.
