I remember someone making a post about how they heard small boolits won't fill out well etc etc.

Here's a few that miraculously did! More than a thousand times even.
Sometimes ya just get lucky a thousand times in a row I guess?...

The Lyman 245496 4-cavity shucks em out so nice ya can't believe it. The Saeco & RCBS are also great. The only one that won't shoot for me is the Lyman 245498. No wonder as the boolit doesn't touch the bore until it gets to the grease groove area.

I'm sure it's a beautiful picture with great words on it...

any way you could make it bigger for these tired old eyes?

I tried to use an Indiana Jones font we downloaded for my kids and it doesn't show..back to the drawing board. Maybe this one shows up better. Just click on the picture to make it bigger.

Yup, the white lettering against the dark background is much easier to read. Well done.

I like that RCBS 95 gr... those are for 243 right?

Yup, all those molds are for either .243 or 6mm. Probably not good for old .244 Remington with slower twist I'd guess but not having tried, don't know.

I actually just got the RCBS 95 gr. and haven't shot it yet but Carpetman & Deputy Al say it's the best.

The Saeco and the Lyman short boolit (245496) are way good in my .243. I plan on making a few tests with different loads. So far I have tried 12.5-13.5 gr of 2400 with outstanding results.

I also used 16 gr.-H-4198 with the Lyman 246496 and really was impressed with under 3/4" @ 50 yds.

I'm lovin it! Only one catch is that it's a gun I bought for my son so will have to get my own. Maybe he will trade for a .30-06? Ha hah..
