Custom Plug for Hornady Seater Die?

Anyone using the Hornady New Dimension Seater Die? If so, did you get a custom plug for it?

The design seems to be for non-FNs in mind i.e. it seems a solid rather than a hollow stem is needed for large FNs.

Couldn't you just roughen the hollow part of the factory seater, degrease it, fill it with epoxy or JB Weld, and file it flat?
