Stop using one-shot-lube.
A stuck case extractor is the easiest way.
I made one about 20 year's ago and have yet to use it.

you drill and tap the case head, use a nut for a bushing and turn a bolt into the case head. once the bolt contacts the nut, a few more turns will pull the stuck case out.

First, be sure to remove the de-capping rod, or back it out as far as possible.

thats just what i did i used a 7/32 drill to drill a hole in the case. and a 1/4x20 tap
had to use a 1/2 socket for a spacer with a washer on to a few turns and it was out
i use RCBS lube this was the last case i was going to size and i dint roll it on the pad
just the lube on my finger
thanks

I had to make a"case unsticker" when i started fooling with .223,never stuck anything else. By the way I use Imperial sizing lube.
