Semi custom LEE moulds

I wanted to start a thread to keep up with all the semi-custom LEE moulds available. I know Mid-South and our own Ranch-Dog have them, and Midway recently added one for the 300 Whisper/BLK/Backout/Whatever.
Are there any others I don't know of? I looked through Midway but couldn't find any more, but they don't list a specific custom/special order mould section like Mid-South.
I'll add links and try to keep it updated as much as possible.

I've heard a lot about the 6.5 cruise missile for the '96 Mauser. I looked at Midway and they were now sold out, but I will be gettin' one of those just as soon as possible. I have been loading jaxketed, but really want to wring out some cast boolits for my sporterized (and BEAUTIFUL) Swedish Mauser.

I know about the group buys and the plethora of reasons they were dropped, I was wondering if there were any other places CURRENTLY selling moulds not catalogued by LEE.

PS Paul, look at MidSouth. I think you can sign up for notification when they're back in stock.

Also, didn't Midsouth have a 45 caliber 230gr RNFP? I couldn't find it.
