Llyod,

We're wishing you the best of luck and a less painful recovery. I can feel your pain. Of all things, I injured my back at L1 while moving a gun rack on the range. The wife and I are praying for your speedy recovery, but try to give the doctors a little help.
Take it easy when they tell you to.

Steve

PS My wife says the last sentence is the pot calling the kettle black. I have to concede, I'm not the best patient, but that is no reason you can't be!

Lloyd,
Best wishes for your surgery and hopes for a speedy and thorough recovery. Don't try to push things very fast after, take it easy and let things heal up properly :drinks: . I'll even volunteer to watch all that linotype to make sure no unauthorized personnel get it.[smilie=1: [smilie=1:
Get well soon,

Prayers are with you. I know what recovery is like, my wife broke her back. Do what the man tells you and hope for a full recovery. My hunting partner just had his done last year, now he wants me to do all the packing out. Still not sure, but I'm thinking I'm going to require a note from his doc.

my Wife and my prayers go out too you. She's been through it (4 times) and can sympathize with what you are going through.
Good luck (not that I think you'll need it)
I'm sure you'll be back at the range in no time, and pain free!
Take care and get some rest!

Here too, Lloyd. Ain't gittin' older FUN! I've got to have a little "proceedure" too, so any prayers you can return would be appreciated here as well. Humbling being human, ain't it? What happened? We USED to be 10 ft tall, bulletproof and immortal! Where did THAT go all of a sudden????

Lloyd,

We've never met but there's sort of a kinship thing between all us "brothers of the gun" people. It's great to see so much moral support and prayers offered by so many. And many are probably just like me, folks you don't know in person.

Back in '91 I had what I refer to as my "famous horse wreck". It took a total of 30 months of surgery and therapy to get me back to where I am now so I have a feeling of what you must be going through. Hang on, pray a lot, and never give up. Best of all to you and may God bless!

Mike
