Grip screw for S&W I frame?

Hey guys,

I've recently gotten addicted to S&W .32's, just got another one, a .32 Regulation Police. Bought from an auction site for $200, blue, 4 1/4" inch barrel.. but missing the grip screw. Any chance any of you have a spare that might fit? I understand I need a pre-1945 screw, .122 x 44

This one should have a heat-treated cylinder but I still am pretty judacious about loading for it, they are just so delicate!

The little I frames are nice, but the fixed sights on mine are meant for a youngster's eyes. Reading glasses help a bunch.

Afraid I can't help with the screw, the miniscule sawhandle type grips that came on mine had a very coarse thread.
