Receiver sights for Cabelas "Hawken"?

I have a .50 Caliber Cabelas "Hawken" that I'd like to put a receiver sight on - does anyone know if the Lyman 57 GPR sight will fit the Cabelas rifles?

I heard it does.
I bet it makes a difference for you. I dove tailed mine and installed a Buckhorn adjustable sight.

The Lyman 57 SML fits but like the TC rifles the base touches the wood. I alter the base to fit or I use a spacer. The spacer I hand make is aluminum and increases the yardage potential, I have installed the 57 SML on several rifles. I think there is a tutorial on this site I did for installation. Ron
