came into possession of a small hand full of top punches yesterday. One I am unfamiliar with Lyman # 251.
What was it's intended application?

Lyman's #4 says it is for the 429383. I don't know what else it will fit.

Bought mine 2nd hand 35 yrs. ago. Was an accurate bullet that used the tp 251. Was never a popular bullet due the Keith designs being better for hunting. Favorite load was 5 gr. BE in a 44 spec case, weighed about 253 grs. depending on alloy. shot quite well.afish4570
