So I'm watching the women's 10meter platform diving and the commentator is talking about the divers taping their wrists. They do this because of the preassure they encounter hitting the water. They hit the water with palms flat to make a hole in the water for their body to go through, minimizing the splash.

Sure made me think of boolits passing through flesh.
