Colume dillon powder dispenser

Will the powder dispenser on a aDillon 550B hold a full pound of Bullseye?

Out of the country & have no access to my equipment so I can't just try it myself.

No. It will hold about 1/2lb of powder. Many hold much less.

Dillon has a Magnum measure, but their ad doesn't state it's capacity.

Here is one that does hold a full pound, a Quick Measure. The drum is 12" high and of standard diameter, which I custom-ordered at that length:
