I have Lee 6 cavities leftover from group buys. Two .41 button nose WC, and one 259-79-RF PB. $58 each, and first PM wins.

what does the RF PB stand for?

RF means the nose is Round-Flat. That is, a round nose that has been flattened. PB is plain base, no gas-check shank.
