Neat as heck but I got to ask, how are you going to mount that w/o trunnions?

I would so love one or a howitzer or a mortar that takes filled soup cans and shoot them out into the lake to make splashes.

I have a heavy chunk of SS that is an end cut off from a specialty steel mill that makes stuff for Navy special projects. Always envisioned a short howitzer or mortar out it but like yours, no meat trunnions.

I cant afford it either but Im still gonna ask:bigsmyl2:

So how much is it? Seems like that would be a good use for all the zinc WW I have in a bucket outside.

Could you show please what your striker is firing upon . Is it a musket cap or a 209 primer--possibly a blank pistol cartridge?i
