Good show this weekend. I found a SR Mexican carbine with a shiney bore! Slugging will happen tomorrow after work. I really wanted it to build a light
hunting rifle in 257 Roberts but if it shoots well...................Perfect 1929 crest too.
It would hurt me to drill holes in it.

it will like the heaver bullets because of the twist. if it all matching and unaltered it would be ashame o drill it. but that was the fault of the small ring mausers 33-40, mexican. kar98k and the radom. they all made into handy hunting rifles.
