Redding-Hunter powder measure

I was presented this measure at a monthly meeting of the Hawaiian Rifle Assoc. meeting back in '78. It was used in good condition at the time, but missing the cover.
Does anyone have an idea of the production period of this measure? I used it for 25 years and retired it just 'cuz. Good measure.
It is addressed "Cortland New York".

I don't have the exact dates off the top of my head but the Standard powder measure was made for 6-7 years( give or take a year) in the early 1960's.
It is a good measure and nearly as repeatable as the B&M. Pacific and Herter's also made measures that worked on the same principle.
