Not 6X45 but I have a 6mm-222. 1:14 twist barrel, shooting the NOE 75gr.

So far it's amazing. All the IMR3031 I can get in it gives just shy of 2700 fps and sub MOA accuracy. Works almost as good with IMR4198, though recently I have been shooting it at 2100 fps with 10B101. Hitting a quarter sized target at 100 yards from the bench is about a 95% certainty.

With a faster twist barrel you wouldn't be able to go as fast, but it should still shoot good if it's in a properly built rifle.

I've shot a few 6x45 loads out of a tight twist (1/8) Obermeyer barreled AR. http://castboolits.gunloads.com/showthread.php?t=121224&highlight=6x45 I wasn't getting very good results until I fattened the boolit up a bit. Since then, I have acquired a mold from NOE that I feel will give me more "wedge factor" and tighten up the groups, but I've not yet found time to do anything with it. NOE has a couple 6mm molds on their website: http://noebulletmolds.com/orders/catalog/index.php?cPath=25 I'd stay away from Lyman's 245498, unless slow loads is your goal. Never did get it to shoot worth a hoot. It has a lot of unsupported nose, even in my Obermeyer which has a .233 bore diameter.
