Never had any problems ... even when I had specified the wrong part!

Good folks.

Never had a problem with any thing from them. Give them a call. Great people to deal with.

Brownells is excellent about exchanges and customer support. They are one of those old school companies that are a joy to work with as they understand the importance of treating their customers right.

As long as you didn't grind or drill on a part, no problem. Was the trigger guard like that when it arrived, or did you do that? If you did it, suck it up, and order another.

So far so good, just got off the phone with them and they are shipping a replacement product after instructing me to return the defective "at my convenience".:awesome:

What really sucks is that while waiting for the trigger guard I lost the rear action screw.

I received a miss-packaged AR bolt carrier from them; ....And they sent out a replacement BEFORE I had returned the erroneous part to them!

Some of their prices are a little high, but they make up for it with quality service!

The flip side of what seems like higher prices is that they don't carry substandard items. I never worry about the quality of items from Brownell's. YMMV
