I believe the folding tripod, red dot sight, flash suppressor, adjustable stock, picatinny rails and pistol grip all add up to an illegal firearm in the eyes of Dianne Feinstein. You'll, no doubt, need an ATF permit for it. LOL

We've been joking about building something like that at the shop for weeks! That's hilarious! It really needs a Badger M5 trigger guard to take AICS mags though. And a bayonet.

kullas,

The implement you have photographed is actually a bit more practical than the muzzleloader, Heck I would even use the tricked out potato fork. It has been so hot and I need to dig my potatoes. I could turn the light on and dig potatoes after dark when it cools down.

Best wishes,

Joe

Illegal to hunt with, only three tines are allowed.

whtsmoke: Four tines are allowed in Florida for hunting albino side-pocket gophers during months that end in "A". Troy McClure: that muzzle loading rifle was built by someone who did not know the difference between Tacti-cool and tacky-tickle. Besides, not enought black plastic, no laser, mag-light, or range-finder. What could he have been thinking? Notice, no bidders. At least no one else thought it was worth $650. There may be hope yet for the human race!

They took a rifle that had utility and was probbaly a fairly good rifle, or at least started out as a good rifle, and turned it into THAT??? :killingpc

Maybe the buyer is handy enough to make an under-hammer fired BP Grenade Launcher to mount on his BATFE approved, externally ignited, caseless ammunition .50 sbr (with collapsing stock, muzzle brake, bipod & pistol grip that goes up) ... It will drive the Anti's CRAZY...

it would be hard to load a PRB down the barrel of that, and where's the ramrod.

The ramrod is held in a carbon fiber look speed pouch that goes on your gunbelt.

I think if I have to have a potato digger, I want one of JMB's Colt-Browning 1895s. That one just looks like something my older brother would come up with to keep me working in the garden later at night . . . .
