Head stamp Questions

I have a few rounds of brass that I have picked up at the range. Several pieces are marked S & B 9MM Br.C, 1 piece is marked GE Co 9 MM K T,
and 1 piece of starline 9 x 18 MAK.

I believe the GE Co is the 9MM Kurz marking

Is the Starline for the Makarov pistol?

The 9MM Br.C appears to be the same size as the 380. can anyone tell me what the Br. C stands for?
