Not sure if this is the right place for this but is related. I was at a shoot yesterday and saw a neet folding table and benches that all folded into the box table top at one camp. Does any one know what this design is called and or where I can get some drawings.

Thank you

StanSport sells a little camping table that has 4 small seats and a 2X2 table top that folds into the tabletop, itself. Is that what you are looking for? Walmart carries them.

One of these? http://www.walmart.com/ip/Portable-Picnic-Table/7933628

We had one but a guy that weighed about 250 or so sat on one of the seats and killed it! I guess there is a weight limit?

Look up some of the rendezvous outfitters. Most of that stuff is custom made. I saw allot of stuff like that at the rendezvous I was at this past weekend.

Best wishes,

I have one of those. They date back to at least the Revolutionary War. I quit lugging mine around years ago, as they are kinda heavy.
I do see one difference between your picture and mine. On the lower section, mine has a rounded section in the cross pieces, where a small keg can be placed.

Did you build yours? If so where did you get the drawings? I would like to get a set.

Here are some plans I found for a box table - always thought these were neat items.
