Casting 20 Ga Sabots?

Hey everyone, due to the cost of buying commercial sabot slugs I have considered the idea of trying to cast my own. Does anyone have any good recipes or any other information to help me get started? Ive never personally casted or reloaded but I do know quite a good deal about it. Im casting for a H&R USH 20g if that matters. Thank you

use the search and plan on spending hours in front of the computer.
Vdo memorie is working on stuff like what you want to do. Check about a third of the way down the page. Also search for solid slugs fire from fully rifled barrels. Someone was loading reconfigured 50 BMG brass for high performance shotshells.
