Gail and I want to thank all of those who prayed and provided support for our daughter Laurie in her fight with lung cancer. I am so pleased to report that she had her surgery yesterday and the doctors are confident they were able to get all of the cancer. They removed the upper lobe from her left lung, her lymph glands were clear and the irregularities noted on the right lung turned out to be non-cancerous! Further tests will tell us if she will need to have chemo or not. The doctors are optomistic that chemo will not be needed but they could not be certain thus the further testing. We hope to be able to go to Washinton state in about a week to see her. Again, thank you all so much, and God's blessings on you all!
