Any body up for a group buy on a 6 or more cavity 458 mold? I am looking for a 460 mold in the 200 to 300 grain range, the lower the better. I want it to be hollow or kind flat point with a gas check base.
Any other 458 shooters out there that need a new mold?

We are stirring things up for a ~405 HP if you are interested in a heavier bullet. Why the lighter the better? Just curious.

If a 6-C mold was available, I would purchase one casting a 300 grain (or there abouts) FP GC (WW with 0.460 dia. as cast) designed to feed in Marlin Guide Gun.
_ It would be more than adequate for the deer found here in SC.
_ Reduced recoil is another factor that is becoming more important to me.
_ In this caliber, I prefer the FP over a HP.

Thanks for your consideration, Bob

and if that design worked out I would buy one to use in my 45 LC Ruger.
