Lyman, Saeco and RCBS are the mass production makers, some of the custom makers may also make a 6MM/243 mold

The molds for cast in 6mm/243-244 are limited for sure. Have the 85 gr Saeco, the 85 and 90 gr. Lyman. The 85's shoot well in my 243's, but the 90 won't stabalize in my rifles. The saeco casts a real nice blt, the 85 lyman is a Lovern style.

The Lyman molds are discontinued, but they come up for sale regularly. The RCBS 95 gr is the best currently available IMO, but the Saeco is good as well. NOE has different ones listed as well. RCBS made a 100gr mold as a custom as well.
